2010: 1 in 4 U.S. IT jobs will have moved overseas

Research group Gartner predicts that a quarter of U.S. IT jobs will be offshored by 2010. While many call this figure alarmist, it is true that more companies are choosing to shift their production to countries with low labor costs such as India, Malaysia, Mexico, or even the Czech Republic.
